Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data PrepCam: Teleprompter & Video (“PrepCam”, “the app”) processes on iPhone. Short version: your videos, voice, scripts and captions stay on your iPhone. There is no account, no ads, no tracking and no analytics.
Camera and microphone
The camera and microphone are used only while you record a video, rehearse or try the live caption demo. Recordings are saved inside the app on your device. We never receive them.
Speech recognition (captions and rehearsal feedback)
Your speech is turned into text with Apple's speech recognition running on your device (on-device mode is required by the app). Audio and transcripts are not sent to us or to any server by PrepCam.
Script assistant
On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, scripts are drafted by Apple's on-device model; on other iPhones, by templates built into the app. The topic you type stays on your device.
Photos
When you export a video, PrepCam asks for permission to add it to your Photos library. The app does not read your existing photos or videos.
Notifications
If you start a free trial, the app can schedule a local reminder before the trial ends. It is created on your device; no push server is involved.
Purchases and subscription status
Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. To check whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous app user ID, your App Store purchase and subscription history, basic device information (model, iOS version, app version, country/currency) and the IP address of the request. This is used only to unlock PrepCam Pro and restore purchases — not for advertising. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
Data stored on your device
Scripts, takes, captions, effects and settings are stored only on your iPhone. You can delete them at any time in Settings → Data (“Delete all takes”, “Delete all scripts”, “Reset everything”), or by deleting the app. Videos you saved to Photos stay in Photos.

Videoyu dışa aktarırken yalnızca Fotoğraflar'a ekleme izni istenir. Uygulama mevcut fotoğraf ve videolarını okumaz.
Bildirimler
