Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. If an item didn't arrive, reopen the game and tap “Restore purchases”. Refunds are requested from the store (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play: Order history).
Data deletion
For games with online features, email us and we'll delete the server record tied to your anonymous account. Other games keep data only on your device — uninstalling removes it.
